how do I light a large room. Ive just seen the film Gladiators and I'm trying to light the whole area. If I "add light here" it only light a small amount yet if I change the properties in lightcolour - brighness it doesn't light a bigger area but blinds you?
any advice app. |

If you are going to light a huge area, place a ZoneInfo in your level.
It's under Classes:Info:ZoneInfo. Put one in there and open its properties. Go down to ZoneLight. Then, you set the lighting as you wish and there ya go, you don't even need any lights to light the whole area. ![]() JerkyLerky R' Us |

As already suggested:
-increase the light radius in the lighting properties -Use zone lighting (don't overdo this as it won't look good. Generally people use this only the light large 'outdoor' areas) My tip: use multiple lights... ![]() If the world didn't suck... we'd all fall off |
