I CANT PLAY A MULTIPLAYER GAME!!!

Please help me with this problem. After i Installed UT tournament a friend of mine burned me Infiltration on to a disk (i lost the disk though ) so anyway I install it and play, after a while i decide to play multiplayer and it would not show any servers HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!
