Okay, I lied... it's two.

DUCT TAPE

I don't know what the hell you could do with it in a game... maybe duct tape some grenades to the front of a claymore or onto a doorway... I dunno. But for INF to be the best mod, so that none can surpass it... IT MUST HAVE DUCT TAPE!!!!!
