Better aiming on pistols and other ramp sight style guns.

Ok This may have been changed in 2.80 but in 2.75
the aiming on the pistol is a little off. If you look in shooting boots the point where you are aiming is supposed to be at the top of the sight not covered by it. Also a thought on the statement
about the sight not being able to be blurred. why don't you just make it semi-transparent in aiming mode.
