Yes!

Excellent map!! I personally prefer being on the blue team because of the great sniper positions. This looks like a real city! Great job. I can see the effort put into this.

Nice one...

The sound fx add a nice touch to the realism...

What other maps (if any) have the Keek brothers made?

and keep up the good work!!

I had a small prob with the skybox (it was acting as if there WAS no skybox ), but other than that nice map. I'm running texture detail at low, that may be the prob.

Thanks y'all for trying out this map! It's our first release, so no other maps from our hands out there.
No skybox??? Hmmm.. I don't see how that could be. Could you send in a screen shot (not that I don't believe you ) Any one else had that problem??

Very Well Done!!!!

God damn! This map rocks. I played it for 5minutes and I allready love it.

I'll be following your career with great interest

Uhh. The only thing I didn't like.. The lighting, maybe if you would add some lights it would be perfect

KeeK, I have a skybox in mine. It's because his graphics are turned down to low prolly. Mine are up to full with my way cool 3dfx glide. 3dfx was bought out Oh well, that's prolly why

Thanks for checking that skybox!
Novak: Lighting IS perfect! We tried to make the main areas a bit lighter than in other night maps while the back alleys and corners are darker, to give more cover when playing against humans.
But ... if ya don't like it..speak up! What's wrong?!

I absolutely love the lighting.

Novak, if you make it any lighter, it will defeat the purpose of having it called "Da Hood". God, KeeK don't listen to him. It's perfect. Best map I've played for a while. Not that I didn't like Casa Peligro or whatever, it's just a different kind of map so I can't compare it.
Great job on everything IMO.

Prophet:

Umm.. I'm sure that "hoods" aren't dark 24/7, or are they? I just don't like dark maps because my 3d-cards make 'em even darker than they are. Didn't meadn to be rude..

didnt say they were dark 24/7. Are you implying that I'm making fun of under privelaged people?

But since it IS at night, it SHOULD be dark right?

P.S. - get a new vid card

hmm the map is good, the best things are the insides of the bar, the hotel and the pawn-o-matic...

my problem is, however, i don't really like most of the outdoor scenery... that thing with the car is fine, but some of the hallways at the start of the blue [?] team look really crappy to me... no offense

Just one small Prob, very small.

I've read this is a prob with the bot AI in InF, but the battles with the bots always end up around the pawn shop or near the trailer. I know on-line play will fix this but i thought i'd mention it.
All in all this is one hell of a map and it will stay in my rotation for a long time, thanx

In inf the bots will go where you go. So, if you go to other places like the bar or the hotel/warehouse the battle will move to your location.

Happy Hunting
