i had this idea for my map, i thought it might be cool to make like a tornado that kinda moves around the horizon, but i don't know if you can put a mover in a sky box or not. can somebody tell me if that's possible.

Ya, that would be cool, especially of it could pick guys up, and through them up in the sky, and then to their death.
