Could someone please help me with this.

Hear's the deal, I have decals on and there aren't any blood splats when I shoot people in normal UT, and Infiltration UT. Please help me, open to any suggestions. Thankx.

dont know, uh, maybe check to see if the gore level is on "Normal"?
