.CHM files

how do you open .CHM compiled HTML Help files
in windows-I downloaded the unrealed reference file and cannot open
it---thanks

Blah... why did he decide to convert it into a .chm file? Does he not know that the only way to view those types of files is to use the Windows help viewer. And the Windows help viewer truely blows goats... HTML would have been just fine...

Oh, to answer your question. You should be able to open it by double clicking on it. If that doesn't work... you either don't have the help viewer installed, or your file associations are wacked...
