Grouping weapons

I was wondering if it is possible (and not seen as a cheat) to group your weapons.

I would like to have this:

• RocketLauncher - ShockRifle - SniperRifle ==> MouseWheel up
• FlakCanon, PulseGun, Goo ==> MouseWheel down
• Enforcer(s), Ripper, ==> Numpad 0

so each time I hit a specific button it must scroll through the group.
Is this possible and allowed?

Yes, it's possible and no it's not a cheat.

I group (group, not grope ) mine:

MW up = rocket/shock/ripper
MW button = flak/goo
MW down = mini/pulse/enforcer

And I have a key bound to the Hammer and another bound to a sniper rifle/redeemer toggle. Works sweet after the short learning curve.

Just a thought...

It would be sooo cool in U2 if they had a toggle between 1st and 3rd person. Imagine it, you are running through a courtyard in 3rd person and sh!t starts flyin around you, bullets, lazers, whatever. and with the forth button on your mouse you switch to 1st person and kick all their @sses. (That was a dream I had last night.)
