Intellimouse Explorer & UT

First: assign them (the buttons on the mouse)real keys (on the keyboard) in the Mouse cpl.

Then assign those buttons to the commands you want in UT.

Voila!

How do I assign the buttons on the side of the MS Intellimouse to actions in UT. I want to use the side buttons to jump and crouch but it does not recognize those buttons, only the left & right buttons and the wheel. Any help is appreciated
