Is this game worth buying? I've heard the scare factor is great, but how's the gameplay?

I've got undying. its a good game with an interesting twist on alternate fire mode. the scare factor is as good as ppl are saying.

If the demo is any indication, the game will be damn freaky. It's also a lot of fun. Spells are cool too.
