Installing Umods?

Do I copy them to somewhere?
Or do I have to edit some regs as well?
I just downloaded the Umod, no zip or anything.

as easy as 123...sorry, was drunk...

Anyways, all you gotta do is just run the Umod. It'll install automatically.
