how to watch .dem files?

i want to know what i have to do to be able to watch a movie(dem)file of a recorded game of ut.

Open console

Type demoplay *.dem (* is whatever the name of your demo file is)

How do you record a demo movie....? I've never heard of it.

Open console

Type demorec <filename>

Close console and go back to game

When you want to stop recording, go back to console

Type stopdemo
