blocky gfx gun prob!

Hi Guys

My specs r

500athlon
256ram
64mb geforce2 gts gfx card
a couple of HD, 25gb total

Play Deus Ex at 1024x768 with no problems
in D3D mode
looks real nice apart form where the gun is theres a horrible whitey/grey patch there, like a big blocky pixel??
I still see the gun but the block thing looks urrrgghh!
Any1 know why pls
Play UT on the same settings with everything set 2 high detail etc
got the latest drivers (6.50)
so cant figure out whats the prob
