When I attempt to enter the Preferences menu throught the console in UT, it crashes!

It sayz,
"Critical Error: Asertion Failed: DirectDraw7 [File C:\UTDev\D3DDrv\Src\Direct3D7.cpp] [line 652]

History: TestCooperativeLevel <- UD3RenderDevice::Lock.....blahblabhlabh....just too much junk to type for me

What's up with it. I have the newest patch....the newest drivers for my vid card. (Gladiac Ultra) I have a Pentium III 933.

I want to enable the Detailed Textures....or the Compressed Textures....any info on how to do that without going through the UT menu?

thanks, Mitsukai

Make sure your windows desktop and UT are using the same rendering. (16/32 bit)
