Help Please!

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone out there could tell me what the console command is to change teams in CTF. I tried things like "team blue" and "change team blue" but nothing I try works! I know you can change teams by using the menus, but I want the console command! =) If you know post a reply or just email me!
