UT won't install

it installed fine on my old system. when i try to install on this machine, it gets to the part where the blue bars begin filling up and then the installer program stops responding.

This is most likly a cd-rom driver problem(cdwr).
Try going into the drives properties and slow it down,
Control Panel-System-Proformance Tab-CD-Rom-Supplemental cache size---
Worth a try,I had this with my CDWR drive.
