How do I play on line as a server?

Can I play on line and be a server?.I tried but was only
on a lan.Will I be able to see my game on UT browers?
Please explain fully.

No idea, tried changing the port number then running dedicated server in background then my server shows up in the lan list not the internet list....the only game that I've played hassle-free for that was SOF.....if you figure it out let me know.....
