please put SkeletalChars in ftp://ftp.btv.lt/upload/4Arturasz/

I try to download it but every time it stops downloading. It's 1.5MB. Please, do this kind thing. I would be very grateful.

Since you're going to run into a lot of Bonus Pack 4 files while online, you might as well download the whole thing(includes SkeletalChars).
