How do i get good fps in UT

i wonder how to get good fps in UT i get from 15-40 fps

PIII 450
GeForce 256 and V2'sli
and i get the same fps with both geforce and V2 SLI

plz help me out

hhe i got it sorted out now /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif

get 23.75 min and 44.32 average 85.35 max

on my GeForce card

get 54.25 average on v2'sli but i use GeForce anyhow cause it looks betta /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif
