.umod file extensions lost

for some reason, i can not double-click umod files to install them. it just comes up with a "open with..." window. i do know how to fix it, but i do not know what the exe and parameters are to install .umod files.

could someone tell me, so i could edit the filetype dialog thing and fix it?

i just downloaded that chaosUT umod (34Mb zipped!) and it is frustrating to find i cannot play it.
