Unreal Tournament: Game of The Year Edition

This may have been asked before, but I can't find a post

Does the UT: Game of the year edition have the new Unreal Technology included in it?

or is that gonna be for a whole new game, patch or something at a later date

I think it is like HL:GOTY it is the same thing with some mods included.

As far as I know it's just has add ons. No new technology.

GOTY is UT + Chaos + RocketArena + latest patch.
