CPU Load on Linux Servers

Anyone else running a dedicated server on Linux? I'm getting near 100% cpu usage after about a day of running the server. Also, when running top, there are 4 entries for ucc, each occupying a good 20-25% of available cpu usage. At this point, I am unable to connect to the web browser admin site and have to kill and restart the server. This happens with both the 400 and updated 400A Linux binaries.
