UMOD's not working, please help

I have recently upgraded my UT 428 to 432 in the hope that my UMOD's would work, but they still don't.
Every time I try and install a UMOD (by clicking it) a message comes up saying:
'Missing Version Number
History : WFilerWizard : : WFilerWizard < - Setup'
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Any help would be greatly appriciated on account of I can't activate any mods.
