i am making a trap and i made it so that the player is to walk onto a set of trap doors, and into the welcoming arms of death by spikes, the only problem with this is that when the player walks onto the set of doors, he falls through the doors like they were not there, how can i make them work? i created a trigger aswell but the player does not set it off since he falls throught the un-opened doors.:P
is there a way to make the proximity more wide? thanks

OK
Here's what you do. right click on the mover to get a popup menue. Just below the moverkeyframe part you'll see a reset part. expand that and select reset scaleing. (you have to do this with all movers to make the solid) Play the map and see how it works! |

*clarification*
you have to use unscaled/rotated brush when intersecting the mover. although the 'reset scaling' works this way also, it should be done before you intersect your mover in the first place. as for the trigger's radius, it's somewhere in the trigger properties, just don't remember it right now... |
