Denonator 3 problems

I have the Detonator 3 drivers for my Annihilator 2 and every time I play UT it always crashes in the middle a game (or at the menu) and comes up with a lot of colors and lines. I have tried different versions of UT: 400, 420, and 428, so I know that's not the problem. I really like these vid drivers and I don't want to get rid of them because other games won't work well with older drivers (particulary Q3A, which locks up with certain older drivers). Is there a way to fix this problem without getting different drivers? Anything known of this problem?

Det 3's seem to have a lot of problems. Not much you can do, but if you want to give it a shot, head over to http://www.reactorcritical.com and go to the Driver forum. Lots of talk on the Det 3's there.
