you cannot claim a post. A post has it's own life. It travels down the path of unchosen posts till it finds a suitable member. The two then begin a process of fusion that take two tenths of a nano second.
Once that is done the post goes into a coma till the poster can think of a few choice words that he and the post can share with the world. This process may take time. Once done the submit button is clicked and the message board goes into labour, giving birth to the post. so you see whay you can't claim it?
