How exactly do you import new textures?

Just wandering if someone could give me DETAILS on wow to do this?

Pretty simple. On the bottom left there is an import button. The images should be 8-bit and in either .pcx or .bmp file formats. Be sure to save the .utx file if you want to keep it that way. Also, making your own .utx files makes life simpler.
