Display problems
Hello folks. So I'm working on a friends PC, was going to take vista off and throw on windows 7, but when I turned it on, the screen looked like the picture. I cleaned the entire inside of the PC, to make sure the card wasn't over heating, but its still there. Any suggestions? Or do you guys think its a fried card. The card is a Geforce 8300.

You can replicate this by putting double the suggested voltage through a good card too.
This will of course kill it but it sure is purdy
