GPU Fan hitting something
Okay, so my GPU's fan just started making this odd noise, as if it's hitting something intermittently. What tools should I use to clean it?
EDIT: Found the problem after some real analysis and poking around in the fans. Hard Drive fan is off its axes and has become loose.

Remove card from PC & remove the card cover [usually held on with tiny phillips screws] & see if you can see whatever it is I guess.

Not GPU fan, HDD fan, I finally got around to giving a serious look at all of them. The HDD fan is loose on its axes, so it gets noisy, and quite annoying.

Yep, looks like it's time to get a new HD fan.
