Unlocking all the weapons from Act 1?
So I saw from several videos people using the Penetrator in early Acts, and it seems like I am not able to do it because selecting Acts practically makes you start with a certain equipment (the same equipment that you had in a specific Act in your previous Campaign mode).
Is there some kind of New Game+ or something?

Not that I'm aware of...I haven't restarted the campaign from the beginning in fear of losing my skillshot achievements.
