We should focus our attention to medicine and other stuff more important then space travel then all the attention on space travel. Keep hubble and the spaceships but that's all for a while.

How does the need of investigating medicine blocks investigation in space technology? What has one thing to do with the other?

Medicine, sure, no problem. For example: Aging reversed in Mice. In a few years this becomes suitable for humans, so we will need a few spaceships ready
