Portrait: question

Hello to all.
I'm using JaFo's Bot Manager (a really nice editor) and I have a trouble.
Did you see the default picture portrait with the ?? I don't remember what is its name, maybe Players.Picture.C.Default (or something).
There is a way to edit this image or adding a new general image for all models/skins?
