Cool

Looks good and it looks like it could be fun, but strange zip file name. I'll get to this one eventually, but I have about 4 maps ahead of it to review. The Christmas season is making it difficult to get to these maps also.

It looks good, thanks! I see that you've somehow suppressed the normal voice messages, and it's interesting to have the doors, the little pieces that are outside the main area, the vertical space, and so on. There's enough health, and it's easy to navigate.

The only drawback I could see is the frame rate, which varies between 30 and 50 fps for me and therefore feels sluggish, like playing online.

Gotta say, I had a bit low fps in while playing the final version. Around 40-50, seems a bit odd, I don't really see anything that should slow it down so much. Afterall it's a low poly map and on top of that it's also quite small.

Oh well, apart from that great job Seb!

It may well be a problem with my setup. I played Arsenal after your map, and got similar behaviour. It seems that if I play some other game first, e.g. Dragon Age, then play UT3, the latter's performance is affected. I'll try again after a reboot.

Thx Jonatan !
yeah it's really odd, I don't see what could be the last stuff I have added and cause the fps drop since the RC version... Is it on a specific spot ?

Pretty cool. Could have done without the Quake logos though.

thx Slainchild
well, I must admit that the logos are probably too much indeed... it was for the "total look"

My thoughts exactly.
The mixture of purple green and yellow may seem totally off at first and would probably usually be but they just fit here. Nice work!

Thumbs up great 1on1 map!

Kickass music, skybox (I like that it rotates ever so slightly) and outside area to really set the atmosphere for the map; maybe this is what slows down the map a bit for some. I liked the slime, jumppad and varied use of color inside as well as layout, flow and intense z-axis. Oh look, it's Quake3 sounds and logos (liked them)! Wait a minute, did I say I liked the slime? Nevermind, I changed my mind.

Cool Quite a good Quake3 look.

Superb AVA and layout, custom music, large amount of sounds, and z-axis. I like various colors are eventually fit for this map, green jumppad, portal design, scary outside view and dark skybox. Great job on putting a slime and Quake logos, although this is eventually a Quake-styled UT3 map. Solid gameplay for 1on1 and a bot is tough.

MediaFire DL link is dead at the first post.
