Unreal Tournament 2004 ENB Series.

Hi.
I really need help.
I saw something like ENB Series for UT2004 and i downloaded it.
-Its called Dreamland or sout.

But

I dont know how to configure it.
And I also dont know how to turn it on.

Can Anyone Help Me?
All i need is new config/or just tell me what to do and how to turn it on.

Dreamland is its own mutator, I heard ENB series was a d3d9.dll modification which is another subject.
