UE3 - UDK question from a noob

hi i am trying to create a side scroller and i have abit of it acomplish but its just i do not know how to set the aimer controls so after i change the camera angle i can have the gun shoot whereever/example- (what i mean is after im done i can move the gun up and down but it only shoots in one spot) p.s the example is the problem
