Problems running UnrealED that came with UT

Installed UT, and try to run unrealed.exe but it gives me a error "cannot find threed32.ocx" so i find the file and put it on my windows\system dir. Now it comes with another error "System Error &H80004005 (-2147467259) Unspecified Error" which i am truly stuck on. I downloaded richtext/vb4/vb5/vb6 so that can an answer

Please help..

K.. fixed it.. was that Unrealed fix.. thought it was only for Unreal and not Ut..
