Won't run! Help please

Whenever i start UnrealEd, it loads up fine, and I can edit anything I want in its default stage, but whenever I try to go to the Classes section, I get a "Runtime Error 339" and it says something about me not having the file MSOUTL32.OCX . Sounds like Msoutlook, but I have that installed, also installed richtextfix + VBruntime things, please help me.

hey. i emailed you the file. not sure if that is the only one you need or what but give it a try.
