How to get the editer to work?

When I start it I get runtime error 48
file not found .dll

I downloaded the files from the file section for the Unreal ed, what do I do with them?

Is there something else that I have to do?

Please help!!!

I'm assuming you got the files from PU's file section. Also get the UnrealEd Fix 4 and run that ( http://unreal.epicgames.com/Files/UnrealEdFix4.exe ). Then install it into the same folder as your copy of Unreal.
