Damn it how do I make my scrolling textures scroll faster without scaling them?

In a ZoneInfo or if its a skybox SkyZoneInfo under ZoneLighting change the X and Y panning speed to something to better suit your needs. Higher #'s the faster the lower #'s and decimals the slower
