Lead Programmer:
As lead programmer you could be given any of the following tasks:
- Production of technical design documentation.
- Working cooperatively with other team members in all areas of development.
- Working with an existing game engine (Unreal Engine 3).
- Development of new systems and/or technologies.
- Use of 3rd Party libraries / tools and technologies.
- Provide technical support to art and design staff for engine/tools.
- Task management based on schedules provided by the Project Managers.
- Communicate with the team about the amount of time required to finish current tasks.

You should have the following skills:
- Strong C/C++ and assembly language programming skills.
- Strong 3D graphics programming skills.
- Must be able to work efficiently and independently.
- Extensive knowledge of production development tools.
- Ability to write efficient, clean, maintainable and portable code.
- Professional communication skills (e-mail, phone, face to face).

You have to be joking.

You are seeking to recruit a lead programmer with a lot of years of experience and knowledge and you can't even pay him/her? No sane senior programmer is ever going to take this.

I also find it hard to believe that you have bought Unreal Engine 3 when you have no programmers on the team. First of all, all you'd get is the project source and code, so you'd have very expensive uncompiled source code just sitting on your hard drives. Second, while there are precompiled examples, you can't even test whether your game idea even works.

So at most, you'd have an evaluation copy and that expires within a timeframe anyways, so while you're looking around for a senior programmer, you're wasting time with the evaluation copy.

Also Google is not kind on the reputation of Crystal Core.

Can you provide info on the game design? All I found on the site were forums with a few posts.
