UT2004 Linux CTD's

Hi

I have installed UT2004 and upgraded to the last patch, also with all bonus pack from Beyond Unreal. The game runs ok, but several CTD occurs randomly. I have found this site:

So, I uncompress files into the UT2004/System directory and change permission to executable, but a message appears:

Assertion failed: sizeof(*this)==GetClass()->GetPropertiesSize() [File:UnGame.cpp] [Line: 149]

If I reinstall the 336 patch, the problem solves, but still randomly CTD's

Do you know what is wrong or how to solve this?.

I use Mandriva Free 2009, but with Ubunti 8.04 I had the same problem. I use the last official nVidia patch (in this moment).
