ColorFul UT

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. A mutator that I made to make color in UT more colorful

The darkest shot is original color the rest are the ini settings for the mutator and no its not same as brightness this makes it more colorful but if you can't see something in the dark it will be the same here.

It is now a hack...


Goto UnrealTournament.ini in system folder


find

[Engine.Engine]

go down slow till you find

Console=utmenu.utconsole

change it to

Console=colorfulut.cutconsole


Nothing will be messed up but your color will improve and it works online but not servers with pure on and you can still edit it in colorfulut.ini.

Nice. BlackCheetah, I haven't checked the code out but do you think it's possible to make the infrared goggles work again ? It must've broken with an update to UT and it looks like it was using a shield effect painted in red. Maybe there's another way to recreate the effect.

Don't ask me the code part, as i would be unable to figure anything out in unrealscript, but if you are interested by giving a look into the code for a proper NVG effect, be sure to check the last Inf Modteam Weapon Pack 1.5.1 expansion for Infiltration 2.9.

That masterpiece of modwork is featuring the best night vision effect i ever saw in an UT mutie or mod.

BC - With all your skills have you ever been interested in anti cheat for UT?

UTDC is ok but UT still needs a better anti cheat system I think.
