I was wondering, how does the music in Unreal Tournament (99 of course) work? I know certain maps have certain songs, but other maps that don't have a song set are randomly given one from the music folder? Or is every map given a specific song?

The music assigned to the map can be found in the levelproperties -> Open unrealed for this feature. Load the map, go to view -> levelproperties ->audio.

F.e. morbias][ has Music'Run.Run'

If a map doesn't have a track assigned, it probably uses the menu music. Or if it uses the blank.umx file, there won't be any music.

Alright thanks for the replies. I was kind of hoping it was random so I could put more music in the selection for it, but I guess I could just change the music for some maps individually. Thanks again!

Don't mess with default maps or you won't be able to play them online (unless saved with another name). You can use music players for that, like Oldskool.
