Recruiting any bot in campaign?

Fairly new to UT2004,and i'd like to know if there is a mutator,script,... to allow recruitment of any race in the campaign.
Being only able to recruit humans bugs me off when there is such a wide variety of bots,some of the finest being customs...

try dl the customs bots & models from SkinCity. and you can only recruits them as Free-agent
