mapping help

ok, in UT2004 i could easily make a shiny texture called a texenv.how do i do this in the UT3 editor..the only way i did it a tad was add a "fresnel" but it looks more like a shiny "bullseye" instead of a shiny material.can any one please tell me or post a link that could show me how to do this.

much help would be great thanks in advance

You'll probably find more than what you're looking for on the Tutorial page of Hourences' site.

There's a ton of info on the Material Editor there.
