Multiplayer w/ Bots and Humans - help!

I usually play team games with one other human player and 4 bots. I always host the game.

Here is the problem: every time we start a new map, the other human player is placed on the opposite team. He has to manually change back to my team. On the start of the next map, he is back on the opposite team again (it's a real pain in the arse). I don't have the random team option checked. How can I prevent this from happening? Thanks.

I think if you uncheck "Auto-Balance teams" then it won't do that.
