UT Series Voice Pack Engineer Site

Figured if there are mods out there? There should be a need for a Voice & Sounds Engineer. Lopar is one of the more known resources out there but I didn't see a Thread about Voice Packs in this section. So, I'm placing one up in his name for those who may have need of his services.
