How do I do dumpframes?

I tried dumpframes start, dump frames start, dumpframe start, dump frame start, all unrecognized commands. Anyone know how to get this to work?

I seeeeen in the wiki thing on how to make a movie, and seen this program Movie Unreal ++, that only for UT, anyone know a program that has this capability of outputting jpegs instead of bmps for UT2k3 and 2k4? or either of those.
