Tune up UT

Can somebody tell me where to find details how to configure UT to run best? I know there been a lot of posts in this forum about that. But is there any place on the net where all this is collected in one place?
You can do changes in the .ini-files and there are some You can do from the options-tab. Or,are here some guru who can put together all configurations and what they effect?

On the front page of Planet Unreal, you'll see some links all along the left side.

Under Unreal, you'll see one called "tweaks".

Click on that and you're on your way to tune-up heaven.

Because hey, if it weren't for Llamas? I wouldn't seem like such a great guy.
